Add to a century of science at San Diego's longest-running community science event - the Christmas Bird Count! This beloved tradition invites bird enthusiasts of all ages and skill levels to join a day of birdwatching and data collection. Whether you're an experienced birder or a curious beginner, you'll have the chance to explore beautiful natural areas, learn from knowledgeable guides, and contribute to important scientific research.

As part of a hemispheric effort, your observations will help track bird populations and provide valuable insights into environmental changes. So, grab your binoculars, don your warmest attire, and get ready for a festive day in the great outdoors. Refreshments and camaraderie await as we celebrate the wonders of our feathered friends and the joy of community science!
