Please note that this is an official field trip request. Be prepared what field trip you’d like, the number of classes/students participating, your first and second choice dates and times, and film preference (if visiting the Museum).

You will receive a field trip confirmation by email within three business days of submitting this request if there are no conflicts. If there are conflicts or questions, you will be contacted to arrange a different date or time before the field trip is confirmed.

Once the field trip confirmation email is sent the visit is subject to cancellation fees. If you are a summer camp, afterschool program, church, and/or club, you may qualify for discounted rates offered for Group Visits.

Museum Access Funds are available for qualified Title I schools to help support Field Trips and Classes at Your School. For availability, call the Education Department at 619.255.0349.
